Our operational headquarters is in New York, NY. While our workforce is global to ensure true 24/7/365 coverage, all training, QA protocols, and management are overseen by our US team.
What is the difference between Fractional and Dedicated?
Essentials (Fractional) is designed for Tier 1 inquiries like order status, password resets, and FAQs. Growth (Dedicated) is for brands requiring deep product knowledge, complex troubleshooting, and a specific brand-voice match.
How long does onboarding take?
Deployment usually takes 48 to 72 hours. This includes auditing your knowledge base, integrating our agents into your tools (Slack, Gorgias, Shopify, etc.), and a final QA sync with your team.
Can I scale up or down after I start?
Yes. That is the entire point of the fractional model. You can increase team strength or pull back within 48 hours based on your volume. No long-term contracts, no HR headaches.
